Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rmarkas Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bender comes to the ring accompanied by Don't You Forget About Me. Fletcher has chosen Keep on Lovin Me Baby by Colin James as his entrance music. John Bender could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rmarkas Fletcher's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Bender! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rmarkas Fletcher! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bender tries to clinch there but Fletcher circles away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fletcher checks a leg kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Bender landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Bender tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Fletcher tries to pull guard but Bender won't allow it.
Fletcher tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bender smiles and moves away.
Bender scores with a kick to the body.
Bender circles away from the clinch attempt and Bender counters with a good, hard body kick but Fletcher shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bender slips under a jab. Fletcher fails with the takedown and Bender counters with a solid body kick. John Bender has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rmarkas Fletcher. Fletcher throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bender looks for the body kick but Fletcher saw that one coming. John Bender is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fletcher throws a leg kick and Bender makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Fletcher really felt that one! Bender keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bender fakes the leg kick and cracks Fletcher in the body. Fletcher lands a jab to the head.
Bender cracks the inside of Fletcher's front leg. Fletcher avoids the head kick by Bender.
Fletcher throws an overhand right that lands on Bender's shoulder, as Bender tries to avoid the shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bender tries to land a front kick but Fletcher steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Fletcher avoids the head kick by Bender.
Fletcher throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Fletcher gets the takedown into side control. Fletcher tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fletcher has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Fletcher thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bender looking for a sweep but Fletcher has passed into full mount! Oh no! Bender knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fletcher on the ground. Fletcher is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bender to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bender shrugs it off. Fletcher goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bender turns into him and now he's in Fletcher's guard.
Bender stands up and waves to Fletcher to follow him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Bender dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Fletcher tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bender swivels and escapes. Bender buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bender tries to land a front kick but Fletcher steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bender slips under a jab from Fletcher. No joy there for Fletcher, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters circling - Fletcher throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Bender throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bender scores with a head kick.
Bender gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bender crunches a lovely knee into Fletcher's ribcage. Bender with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Bender putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Fletcher in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Fletcher jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bender walks away with a smile on his face. Fletcher gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Rmarkas Fletcher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fletcher tries for a takedown but Bender circles away easily and Bender moves into the clinch. John Bender has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rmarkas Fletcher.

Fletcher has Bender pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Bender manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Fletcher fails to pull guard.

It looks like Rmarkas Fletcher has been cut. Fletcher tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bender with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Bender is pressed up against the ropes. Fletcher has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bender down to the mat. Bender avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Fletcher missing with a left hand there. Bender was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bender scores with a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bender lands with a kick to the ribs.
Fletcher is breathing heavily. Fletcher takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Bender moves in looking to clinch but Fletcher pushes him off. Bender has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fletcher tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Fletcher jumps guard but Bender stands there with Fletcher around his waist. Fletcher gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bender unloads a knee to the mid-section.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fletcher tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bender just stands there and leans against the ropes. Fletcher tries to pull guard but Bender won't allow it.
Bender lands a nice knee to the body. Bender gets underhooks to prevent Fletcher's takedown attempt.
