The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

hella shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Nakahara napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Nakahara manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Nakahara wants to sweep but hella has passed to side control!
Nakahara tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but hella wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

hella tries for a kimura but Nakahara is defending well.
hella is looking to take a break and control but Nakahara is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

hella tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no hella has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

hella wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Nakahara, who protects the arm well.

hella thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Nakahara throws a solid leg kick but hella takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Nakahara.
