Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Senshi Nagasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiruki Nakeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiruki Nakeda!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakeda misses with a low kick as Nagasaki jumps back.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Nagasaki, as that shot connected.

Nagasaki lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Nakeda manages to pull guard.
Nakeda not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nagasaki wants to stand but Nakeda has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Nagasaki stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nakeda swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nakeda wants to sweep here but Nagasaki controlling him for the moment.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Nakeda lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nagasaki circles away quickly and effectively.

Nakeda rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nagasaki moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hiruki Nakeda showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Nagasaki throws a leg kick but Nakeda sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Nagasaki misses with a few strikes there.
Nakeda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nagasaki tries to avoid it but Nakeda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nagasaki to the ground. Nagasaki escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Nakeda dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Nagasaki. That did some damage!

Nakeda is nestled in close to Nagasaki, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
