Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Z Hackenbush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devin Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks has chosen Money in the Bank as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hugo Z Hackenbush! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Devin Banks! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Bruno Lombardi and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Hackenbush drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Banks gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hackenbush is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Banks pulls guard successfully.
Hackenbush drops back, looking for a kneebar! Banks looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Banks looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Banks! Banks tries to stand but Hackenbush is controlling his head. Hackenbush is looking for a sweep. Banks wants to stand but Hackenbush has his arm trapped. Banks is working Hackenbush over with some ground and pound from side control. Banks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hackenbush. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hackenbush manages to work his way to half guard, despite Banks's best efforts. Hackenbush wants to control but Banks is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hackenbush tries to get to full guard but Banks has control of the leg. Hackenbush has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Banks is working away from the top position though. Banks wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hackenbush keeps working. Banks is thwarting Hackenbush's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Banks closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hackenbush to the mat! Hackenbush manages to get full guard. Banks wants to pass the guard but Hackenbush is keeping the position. Hackenbush looking for a sweep. Not yet Hackenbush, not yet. Banks not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Banks scoring with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hackenbush has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Banks is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hackenbush. Hackenbush is trying to control Banks's posture but Banks avoids it. Banks lands a few punches from side control. Hackenbush can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hackenbush is looking for a sweep. Hackenbush is breathing heavily. Banks stands up and beckons Hackenbush to his feet. Banks darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Banks wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hackenbush keeps working. Hackenbush works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Banks wants to control from the top but Hackenbush keeps moving. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Banks's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Hackenbush has his foot on Banks's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Banks works his way back into a safe position though. Banks drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Banks jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Hackenbush working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Banks. Hackenbush tries to land a sweep but no joy. Banks wanted to stand there but Hackenbush had control of the position. Hackenbush pulls Banks in close to prevent any damage. Banks stands up over Hackenbush, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Hackenbush is rocked! Banks must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Banks scoring with some ground and pound. Oh Hackenbush is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Hackenbush can't keep his opponent in guard - Banks advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Banks not doing much here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Banks seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Banks has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Hackenbush defend it? Banks steps over the head and cranks it - Hackenbush is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Banks!
