Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage tries to clinch up but Paiva circles away and keeps his distance.
Savage rushes Paiva and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Savage lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Paiva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Savage walks away with a smile on his face. Paiva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Savage gets a clinch.
Savage effectively controlling the action here.
A right hand to the body from Savage.
Paiva is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Savage gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Savage scoring with some ground and pound.
Savage with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Savage trying to control but Paiva is working from the bottom.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Savage's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Savage lands a couple of digs.
Savage throws a big right hand that misses.
Paiva wants to sweep but no luck.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Paiva is on top in guard.
Savage wants to stand and escape but Paiva is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Savage trying to control the position.
Paiva wants to pass the guard but Savage is keeping the position.
Paiva stopping the sweep attempt from Savage.
Paiva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Savage has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Savage keeping full guard, as Paiva tries to pass.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A nice combination there by Savage.
Savage scores with a takedown into Paiva's guard.
Paiva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Savage can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Savage avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Paiva has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Savage should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Paiva has tightened it up now! Savage should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
