The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geniusz throws a head kick but Dunne moves out of range.
Geniusz fails with a takedown attempt.
Geniusz wants to clinch.
Eugeniusz Geniusz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Geniusz swats away the attempt to clinch by Dunne.
Dunne circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dunne counters by clinching up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Geniusz tries to pull guard but Dunne holds him up against the cage and eventually Geniusz drops back down to his feet.

Geniusz is looking to break free of the clinch but Dunne has double underhooks.
Geniusz jumps guard but Dunne stands there with Geniusz around his waist. Geniusz gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Alan Dunne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eugeniusz Geniusz.
Geniusz breaks the clinch.

Dunne is looking to escape.
Dunne makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
The fight stays on the outside here - Geniusz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Dunne counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Geniusz to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Dunne!
