Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamba shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nappula defends it nicely.
Nappula cracks Mamba with an open hand slap.
Mamba tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nappula swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nappula lands a jab.
Mamba fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Mamba shoots for a takedown but Nappula saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Benjamin Nappula has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Black Mamba.
Mamba shoots in but no luck this time.
Mamba shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nappula as he jumps to the side.
Nappula moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Nappula scores with a jab.
Mamba has a takedown stuffed.
Mamba looks gassed!

Nappula tests Mamba's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mamba tries to close the distance and clinch but Nappula swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mamba avoids a punch combination nicely.
Benjamin Nappula is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nappula scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Black Mamba has been cut.
Mamba moves away from the strike by Nappula.
Mamba closes the distance and clinches up with Nappula, looking for a takedown. Mamba pushes Nappula against the cage but Nappula circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters circle momentarily. Nappula darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Mamba fails to land the takedown.
Mamba takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Mamba is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nappula connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Mamba tumbling to the canvas! Nappula pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Mamba was done - good stoppage!
