Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gunnar Strom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goguryeo Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strom's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I Need a Hero. Kim has chosen CANON in D Korean Version (with gayageum) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strom throws a big shot that misses.
Strom changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Strom throws the left hand but Kim avoids the punch easily.
Strom takes a swing at Kim's ribcage but misses.
Kim misses the jab.
The fighters circling - Strom throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kim bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kim throws a push kick but Strom slaps the foot to one side.
Kim uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Strom.
No joy there for Kim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kim takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kim fails to land with a series of punches.
Strom misses with a wild body shot.
A cross from Strom lands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Strom throws the left hand but Kim avoids the punch easily.
Strom throws a shot from downtown. Kim moves away and avoids it.
Kim misses with a shot to the body
and Strom counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kim pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Strom misses with a wild combination.
No joy there for Strom, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kim darts in trying to clinch
and Strom counters with a left to the body.
Strom loads up on a big right hand but Kim slips the punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Strom connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kim's hands.
Kim throws a hook but Strom blocks it.
Kim takes the fight into the clinch.
Strom avoiding damage as Kim throws knees to the body.

A short uppercut from Strom.
Strom breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Strom throws a looping overhand right but Kim ducks down to avoid it.
Strom fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kim looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Strom throws a body punch but Kim moves out of range.
Kim wants to clinch but Strom slips to the side
and Strom counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kim ducks under a wild hook from Strom.
Strom thows a body shot but no joy.
Kim misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kim looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Strom clobbers Kim with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kim keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Strom.
Strom scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kim. Strom does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kim looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Strom drops Kim with a beautiful combination! Kim stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Strom is looking for the KO!
Kim is rocked!
It looks like Goguryeo Kim has been cut.
Strom drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Kim's head, knocking him out cold! Strom is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gunnar Strom!
