Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dennis Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anthony Stark!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Joseph Jones and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark shoots in for a takedown but Reynolds shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Stark will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Stark fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Reynolds avoids it really well and circles away.
Dennis Reynolds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Stark.
Stark fails in his attempt to clinch.
Stark doesn't manage to clinch there - Reynolds circles away.
Stark shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Reynolds's guard.
Stark postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Reynolds is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Stark, into his guard.

Reynolds thows a huge punch but Stark dodges it nicely.

Reynolds is stalling here. Stark is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Reynolds seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Stark has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Stark wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Reynolds, who protects the arm well.

Stark looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Reynolds is trying to improve his position.

Reynolds knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stark on the ground.

Stark is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Reynolds jumps into side control!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Reynolds throws a leg kick which misses Stark's front leg but catches the back leg as Stark tries to avoid it.

Stark shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Reynolds as he jumps to the side.

Reynolds lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stark circles away quickly and effectively.
Reynolds lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Reynolds is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Reynolds connects with a nice short shot to Stark's temple.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Reynolds is looking to take a break and control but Stark is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's time! Reynolds's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Stark tries to keep at a distance but Reynolds has taken the fight into the clinch.
Reynolds's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Reynolds holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Reynolds is pressed up against the cage. Stark has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Reynolds down to the mat. Reynolds avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Reynolds scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Reynolds fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stark sprawls well initially but Reynolds persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
