Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tobba Knat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tobba Knat! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane fails to land with a series of punches.
A punch lands to the side of Knat 's head but he takes it in his stride. Knat gets a takedown into half guard. Kane looks like he's trying to stand up.
Kane slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Kane can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Knat controls the pace. Knat throws a big right hand that misses. Knat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kane looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Knat tries to free his leg and advance position but Kane is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Knat is aware though and is defending well. Kane working for a triangle but Knat defends it easily.
Kane wants to stand up but Knat is controlling him. Knat connects with a couple of short punches. Knat postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Knat looking to pass the guard. Knat postures up and lands a big shot to Kane's brow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Knat makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Knat postures up and lands a big shot to Kane's brow. Kane has his foot on Knat's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Knat works his way back into a safe position though. Knat throwing strikes but missing. Knat trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kane is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Knat defends well. Kane is breathing heavily. Knat stands up over Kane, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Kane has momentary wrist control but Knat slips an elbow through the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Knat scoring with some ground and pound. Knat scoring with some ground and pound. Knat is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Knat accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Knat with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Knat postures up and lands a big shot to Kane's brow. Knat is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Knat forces his way into half guard. Kane is staying active underneath Knat, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice strikes from Knat there. Knat wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kane keeps working. Knat content to control rather than advance. Knat winds up and cracks Kane with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Nice strikes from Knat there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Knat is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kane trying to control but Knat postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tobba Knat dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Knat moves out of range as Kane strikes. Kane misses with a few strikes there.
Knat has a takedown stuffed. Knat lands a slapping body shot.
Knat moves away from the strike by Kane. Kane displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Knat throws out the jab. Knat takes a jab right on the kisser.
Knat misses with a looping right. Knat misses with an uppercut. Kane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kane throws a hook but Knat blocks it. Kane moves out of range of the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Knat misses the target. Kane will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Knat looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Knat trying to control the position from guard on top but Kane is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kane is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kane seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Knat does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Knat is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Knat is just riding it out for now. Kane eventually gives up the hold. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Knat holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Knat tries to roll over but Kane keeps him under control. The fighters are battling for position here. Knat manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Knat is pulling down on Kane's head to control his posture. Knat tries to land a sweep but no joy. Knat pulls Kane in close to prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Knat doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kane drops back looking for a leg! Knat is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Knat manages to kick Kane off! Kane jumps back into Knat's guard. Knat looking for a sweep. Not yet Knat, not yet. Knat wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Knat trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Knat doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Knat shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kane napping and manages to drive through into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tobba Knat showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Kane throws a hook to the side of Knat's head but Knat sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kane throws a jab but it's blocked by Knat. Kane looks to land a combination. Knat sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Knat dodges the punch combination from Kane.
Knat dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kane misses with a low kick. Knat throws a jab but it's blocked by Kane. Knat throws a big shot that misses. Kane misses with a few strikes there.
Knat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kane was well out of range. Poor timing from Knat. Kane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knat throws a shot from downtown. Kane moves away and avoids it. Kane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knat throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Knat catches Kane with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Knat thows a body shot but no joy. Knat throws a jab but it's blocked by Kane. Kane fails in his attempt to clinch. Knat walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kane fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Knat connects with a single shot there. Knat throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kane's waist but Kane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Knat off to one side. Kane misses with a series of wild punches.
Knat lands a jab to the nose. Knat bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Knat takes a little break here. Kane wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Knat scores with punches from side control. Knat landing strikes. Knat working the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Knat landing strikes.
Kane is rocked! Knat scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Kane is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Knat can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tobba Knat!
