Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pat Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayden reluin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steele is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pat Steele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jayden reluin! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! reluin punishes Steele's body with a nice straight punch. Steele looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! reluin clinches up with Steele and pushes him back against the cage. reluin successfully pulls guard.
reluin has his foot on Steele's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Steele works his way back into a safe position though. reluin trying to strike off his back.
Steele could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. reluin pulls Steele in to control the position. Steele won't allow reluin to sweep him here. reluin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Steele manages to get himself to full guard.
reluin drops back looking for a leg! Steele is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Steele manages to kick reluin off! reluin jumps back into Steele's guard. reluin looking to pass the guard. reluin works over Steele with some ground and pound from guard. reluin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. reluin content to stall in guard here. reluin advances position into side control! reluin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Steele. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. reluin decides to stand back up. reluin steps back and let's Steele get back to his feet. reluin closes the distance and pushes Steele back into the cage. reluin gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. reluin stands up from half guard. Excellent takedown into side control there by reluin. reluin tries for a kimura but Steele is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. reluin is looking to take a break and control but Steele is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. reluin controls the position from side control. reluin tries for a kimura but Steele is defending well. Steele is positioning himself to get back to half guard. reluin slows the pace down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steele is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on reluin's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Steele looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Steele manages to escape and get back to his feet! reluin looks to land a combination but Steele avoids it well. reluin rushes Steele and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Steele jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as reluin walks away with a smile on his face. Steele gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. reluin clinches with his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. reluin has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Steele regains guard immediately. Steele can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as reluin controls the pace. Steele is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and reluin defends well. Steele keeping moving, preventing reluin from controlling successfully. Steele throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. reluin decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jayden reluin dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
reluin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Steele sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten reluin somewhat. reluin drives through with a takedown into guard. Steele is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and reluin defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. reluin wants to control from the top but Steele keeps moving. Steele looking for a guillotine here but reluin defends easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Steele is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. reluin trying to control but Steele is working from the bottom. reluin controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Steele is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. reluin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Steele defends it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Steele drives through with a takedown into guard. Steele has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of reluin is proving hard to escape from. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as reluin holds on and takes a little breather. Steele drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Steele jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Steele is standing up over reluin. reluin looks to escape but Steele dives into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steele tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. reluin manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Steele looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. reluin is taking a breather. Steele says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Steele looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. reluin trying to mount his opponent but Steele defends it. Steele pushes reluin off looking to stand but reluin dives back in and keeps control.
Steele wants to improve his position but reluin is controlling well.
reluin looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. reluin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Pat Steele will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Steele looking for submissions off his back. reluin stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. reluin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown so Steele counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Steele works a leg free and moves into half guard. reluin is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Steele has latched onto it... Big trouble! Steele pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it reluin is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Steele!
