Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Red (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kawe koshhi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joe Red!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
koshhi scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Red is trying to control koshhi's posture but koshhi avoids it.
koshhi tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
koshhi throwing strikes but Red manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!
koshhi takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Red is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt koshhi will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
koshhi tries to improve position but can't.
Red is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but koshhi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
koshhi is looking for a sweep.
Red working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Red tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Red has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

koshhi is looking to regain half guard here but Red keeps moving and retains side control.
koshhi takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Check out the look on Red's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Red working away.
Red thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Red trying to control the action but koshhi is working from the bottom.
koshhi can't do much from the bottom here.
koshhi tries to improve position but can't.
koshhi looks gassed!

koshhi is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
koshhi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Red. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Red wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by koshhi, who protects the arm well.
koshhi tries to control but Red manages to take his back.
koshhi is taking damage to the body and head.
Red scores with strikes from the back.
koshhi is looking to escape here. Oh dear - Red has locked on a rear naked choke here! koshhi is tapping out! The fight is over!
