Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Show (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Leston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leston is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by BigB - Hooligan. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Show!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tim Leston!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Show rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Leston moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Show looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Show throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Leston.
Show bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Leston slips a jab and a cross from Show.
Leston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Show circles away quickly and effectively.
Leston lands with a straight right. Show didn't see that one coming.
Leston looks to land a combination but Show avoids it well.
Leston works Show's body with a nice hook.
Leston lands a jab to Show's midsection.
Show is breathing heavily.
Leston misses with a series of wild punches.
Leston looks to score with a jab to the body but Show is just out of range.
Leston ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Show moves away.
Show looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Leston displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Show throws out the jab.
Nice shot by Leston.
Show looks to land a combination but Leston avoids it well.
Show showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Leston.
Show on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Show takes one to the chin there.
Show takes one to the side of the head.
Leston is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Show.
Leston misses with a jab, cross combination.
Leston scores with a body shot.
Show drops his hands momentarily and Leston takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Leston bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Show gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leston misses with a looping right.
Leston is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Show had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Leston slips under a jab.
Show shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Leston jabs at Show's body.
Show moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Leston fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Show manages to avoid it.
Good shot there by Leston.
Show takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Leston misses with a few strikes there.
Leston fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Leston with a nice cross.
Leston bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Show's head.
Leston dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tim Leston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leston scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Leston connects with a good right hand that stumbles Show. Show circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Leston lands with a hook. Show tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Leston cracks Show with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Show looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Leston finish him?


Show is rocked!
Show slips a jab and a cross from Leston.
Leston throws a series of punches but Show avoids them all with ease.
Leston lands a jab to the head.
Leston lands with a hook. Show tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leston throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Show on the side of the head.
The crowd cheers as Leston lands an impressive looking overhand right. Show doesn't seem phased though.
Leston swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Show looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Leston lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Show can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Leston and Show drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Leston.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tim Leston!
