The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko wants to clinch up but Skin keeps it at a distance.
Emelianenko takes a kick to the side of the head.
Skin checks a leg kick nicely.

Skin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Emelianenko throws a left that rocks Skin and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Emelianenko dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Skin regain composure!

Skin pushes Emelianenko away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Emelianenko gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Oh Skin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Skin seems to have got his legs back now.

Emelianenko tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Skin is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Emelianenko asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Rumble Skin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Skin throws a right hand that Emelianenko ducks under and follows up with a left that Emelianenko also avoids with ease.
Skin darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Emelianenko takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Skin counters with a big head kick but Emelianenko shrugs it off.
Good leg kick by Skin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

and Skin counters with a head kick. That will keep Emelianenko thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
