Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jaaron Cent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenshin Maeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenshin Maeda told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaaron Cent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshin Maeda! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cent is looking to clinch. Maeda defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cent. Jaaron Cent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cent is trying hard to land a takedown here. Maeda sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Cent tries to clinch up. Cent looks for a takedown but Maeda sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jaaron Cent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cent shoots in looking for a takedown. Maeda tries to sprawl out of it but Cent keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maeda manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Cent is breathing heavily. Maeda throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Cent tries to clinch up but Maeda circles away and keeps his distance. Cent could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Maeda throws a series of strikes that have Cent backpedaling.
A head kick from Maeda lands but Cent takes it in his stride. Cent tries for a takedown but Maeda sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maeda lands a high kick!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Maeda. Cent takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Maeda throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Cent on the wrong end of a nice hook. Maeda throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Maeda takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Maeda lands a brutal head kick. Cent looks out on his feet and Maeda throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Kenshin Maeda!
