A telegraphed takedown attempt from Emelianenko is defended easily by Maia.
Emelianenko has a takedown stuffed.
Maia drops Emelianenko with a beautiful combination! Emelianenko stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Maia is looking for the KO!
Emelianenko is rocked!
It looks like Fedor Emelianenko has been cut.

Maia stuffs the takedown.

Maia leaves Emelianenko with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
