Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearce shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jacoby defends it nicely.
Jacoby throws a chopping leg kick but Pearce manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Jacoby misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pearce avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jacoby misses with an uppercut. Pearce saw that one coming.
Jacoby throws a hook but Pearce avoids it easily.
Jacoby thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ryder Jacoby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pearce keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jacoby.
Good exchange - Jacoby coming out on top.
Jacoby dodges the punch combination from Pearce.
Pearce throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Jacoby's head.
Pearce ducks under a wild hook from Jacoby.
Jacoby throws a big shot that misses.
Pearce will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Pearce throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jacoby's waist but Jacoby gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pearce off to one side.
Ryder Jacoby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charlie Pearce.
Nice takedown defense from Jacoby. No joy for Pearce on that attempt.
Pearce shoots in looking for a takedown. Jacoby tries to sprawl out of it but Pearce keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jacoby manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pearce looks gassed!

Pearce uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jacoby.
Jacoby throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pearce sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pearce blocks a low kick nicely.
Pearce tries for a takedown but Jacoby sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Pearce darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jacoby wants to get back to his feet.
Jacoby pushes Pearce off and gets back to his feet.
Jacoby drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jacoby decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pearce misses with a double jab.
Pearce gets caught flat footed, as Jacoby shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jacoby cracks Pearce with a solid left hand.
Pearce pushes a forearm under Jacoby's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Jacoby is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
