Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iku Roe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forrest Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin has chosen Big Punisher- Beware as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Griffin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Roe controls Griffin momentarily but Griffin frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Roe is on top in guard.

Griffin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Roe looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Griffin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
