The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jay is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Villareiz.
Villareiz walks into a left hand.
It looks like Ladds Villareiz has been cut.
Villareiz on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Jay lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Villareiz falls backwards - clearly groggy! Jay dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
