The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Carter defending well as Fisher loads up on a big left hand.
Fisher misses with a double jab.
Carter moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Carter lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Good shot there by Carter.
Carter throws a series of punches but Fisher avoids them all with ease.
Fisher throws a jab but it's blocked by Carter.
Fisher fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice body punch from Carter.
Carter throws a right and a left that both miss.
Carter cracks Fisher with a good jab.
Carter throws a one two combo.
Fisher misses with a wild combination.
The fighters circling - Fisher throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fisher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Fisher throws a series of punches but Carter avoids them all with ease.
Fisher lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Carter circles away quickly and effectively.

Carter changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fisher looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Carter in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Fisher is rocked!
Fisher takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Fisher is still in real trouble! Can Carter finish him?
Carter looks up at the clock and then as Fisher takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Carter smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fisher is trying to get back to his feet.
Fisher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Carter scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Fisher is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Carter can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
