Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wataru Shinzaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Pheonix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shinzaki comes into the arena with I Gotcha by Ken The 390 blaring out of the sound system. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shinzaki tried to score with a low kick but Pheonix checks it.
Pheonix throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A left and a right from Pheonix both land. Nice combination.
Pheonix rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shinzaki moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shinzaki tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Pheonix walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Pheonix on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Some wild striking there from Pheonix.
Pheonix throws a nice looking combination but Shinzaki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Shinzaki dodges the punch combination from Pheonix.
Shinzaki misses with a body kick.
Pheonix throws a one two combo.
Pheonix avoids a kick to the body.
Shinzaki misses with a body shot.
Pheonix scores a takedown into full mount!
Pheonix sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Pheonix throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Pheonix throwing strikes but Shinzaki uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Shinzaki is pressing down on Pheonix's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Pheonix with a flurry of punches that miss.

Pheonix looking to improve position, pressing down on Shinzaki's thigh with his hand. Shinzaki seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Pheonix paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Pheonix's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Shinzaki picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
