Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Over kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves misses with a hook.
Campos avoids the head kick by Alves.
Nice takedown defense from Alves. No joy for Campos on that attempt.
Alves throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Campos tries to keep at a distance but Alves has taken the fight into the clinch.
Alves manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Campos drops down looking for an ankle pick but Alves pulls his leg out and moves away.
Alves wants to clinch up but Campos keeps it at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Campos blocks a head kick by Alves.
Alves throws a nice inside leg kick.
Alves throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Alves looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Alves cracks Campos with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Campos avoids the head kick by Alves.
Alves misses with an uppercut.
Alves keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucas Campos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Alves lands with a kick to the temple. Campos shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Campos shoots for a double leg takedown but Alves sprawls well. He's pushed Campos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Alves throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Alves fails with the takedown
and Campos counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Alves's guard now.

Campos in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Alves tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Campos!
