Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sir Lancelot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mur Mur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sir Lancelot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mur Mur! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Lancelot. Lancelot looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Mur wants to get back to his feet but Lancelot drags him back down. Lancelot in side control lands a decent elbow. Lancelot working the body and head with strikes. Lancelot throws an elbow but Mur slips to the side and avoids it well. Mur is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lancelot is controlling him well. Lancelot working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Lancelot is trying to get an arm triangle but Mur is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mur is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Lancelot has just dragged him back down to the mat. Lancelot goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mur has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lancelot but great work by Mur. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lancelot is trying to get back to half guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Good standup being displayed there by Mur as he connects with a hook. Mur Mur seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lancelot fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Mur Mur is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Mur throws a right and a left that both miss. A big right from Mur misses. Mur swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lancelot. Lancelot looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Mur misses with a hook. Lancelot ducked under it nicely. Lancelot shoots in for a takedown but Mur shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mur connects with a single shot there. A chopping leg kick lands by Mur. A telegraphed right hand from Mur misses the target. Mur looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Lancelot is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! Jab by Mur. Mur lands the left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mur scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lancelot in his tracks. A telegraphed right hand from Mur misses the target. Mur lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lancelot's sensitive parts. Lancelot shoots in and drives through. Mur sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sir Lancelot. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mur lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mur lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lancelot has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lancelot and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Lancelot tests Mur's chin there with a solid looking shot. A jab from Mur misses. Mur scores with a jab to the head.
Mur defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lancelot. Mur shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Mur misses with a hook. Mur misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lancelot looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mur! Lancelot won't let Mur get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lancelot cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Mur is squirming around, avoiding Lancelot's attempts to control the action. Lancelot goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Mur turns into him and now he's in Lancelot's guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Mur wants to get up but he can't break Lancelot's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Lancelot throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lancelot is trying to keep Mur in close.
Mur won't allow Lancelot to sweep him here. Mur wants to stand and escape but instead Lancelot has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Mur keeping moving, preventing Lancelot from controlling successfully. Mur preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lancelot scores a takedown into full mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lancelot won't let Mur get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Lancelot connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Mur Mur dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lancelot fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mur avoids it really well and circles away. Lancelot throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mur's waist but Mur gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lancelot off to one side. Mur jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lancelot avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Lancelot fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sir Lancelot. That's going to take a lot out of him. An inside leg kick lands from Mur. Nice defenses there by Lancelot. Mur tries a head kick but it misses.
Lancelot avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Lancelot looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mur is fending him off so far but Lancelot persists. Nope, Mur circles away and we're back to standing. Mur throws a nice outside leg kick. Sir Lancelot is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mur tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mur throws a quick inside leg kick. Mur lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Mur Mur seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lancelot catches Mur with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Mur getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Lancelot connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mur. Mur circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Mur gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lancelot to score an easy takedown into full guard. Mur working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lancelot. Lancelot lands a couple of decent looking shots. Mur keeping moving, preventing Lancelot from controlling successfully. Lancelot trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lancelot drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lancelot jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Lancelot stops Mur from standing up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lancelot drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lancelot prevents Mur from escaping the position. Lancelot scores with punches from side control. Lancelot throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Mur works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Lancelot lands strikes from half guard. It looks like Lancelot is going to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mur has hold of Lancelot's hands but Lancelot slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Nice strikes from Lancelot there. Sir Lancelot overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lancelot is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Mur sees it coming and defends easily. Mur keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Lancelot wants to control but Mur is keeping him busy. Mur is trying to stand back up but Lancelot is controlling him
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mur gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Lancelot is looking to work some ground and pound but Mur has wrist control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mur utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Mur avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Lancelot throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Lancelot drops back looking for a leg! Mur is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mur manages to kick Lancelot off! Lancelot jumps back into Mur's guard. Lancelot trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Mur is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lancelot trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Mur is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lancelot. Lancelot lunges at Mur with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mur's hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Sir Lancelot will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

That's going to take a lot out of him. Mur will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lancelot thows a big elbow that misses. Lancelot is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mur is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mur has escaped and now he's on top! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mur pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lancelot is keeping the position for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lancelot has hold of Mur's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mur manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Mur bucks Lancelot off and manages to get back to his feet! No luck for Lancelot with that takedown attempt. Mur throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lancelot. Mur displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lancelot. Mur fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Lancelot ducks under a wild hook from Mur. Mur avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Lancelot is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Lancelot shoots in and drives through. Mur sprawls well. A kick lands to the mid section there for Mur. Nice defenses there by Lancelot. Lancelot fails with a takedown attempt. Mur lands with a nice body kick. A nice combination there by Mur.
Lancelot looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Lancelot looks to land a strike but Mur avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Mur Mur. I think Mur has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
