Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chad Vader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kevin de ridder!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vader will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vader misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vader leaves de ridder with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Vader throws a head kick that misses.
de ridder wants to clinch.
de ridder fails with a takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vader feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to de ridder's calf.
That's one minute gone in the round.
de ridder doesn't manage to clinch there - Vader circles away.
de ridder throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vader was covering up waiting for the punch and de ridder finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vader keeping moving, preventing de ridder from controlling successfully.

de ridder stops Vader from standing up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
de ridder trying to control but Vader is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
de ridder is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
de ridder seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Vader.
Kevin de ridder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
de ridder looks gassed!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
A solid leg kick lands there for Vader.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chad Vader dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Vader throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by de ridder.
It looks like Kevin de ridder has been cut.
Vader swings for the body but de ridder moves out of range.
de ridder changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vader tries to avoid it but de ridder manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vader to the ground. Vader escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A slapping leg kick lands for Vader.
Vader lands with a nice body punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vader lands a big head kick that sends de ridder tumbling to the mat! Vader takes a step backwards and waves de ridder back to his feet - he wants the finish!
de ridder is rocked!
Chad Vader is winning the standup battle so far.
Vader lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as de ridder crumples to the floor! Vader milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Chad Vader!
