Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evan Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 2, fighting out of New York, James Scott!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan tries to clinch but Scott moves out of range.
Morgan wants to clinch.
Morgan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Scott shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morgan pinned against the cage. Morgan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Morgan scores with a jab to the jaw.
Morgan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Morgan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Scott moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Scott drops his hands momentarily and Morgan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A combination from Morgan does no damage.
Morgan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Morgan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

No joy there for Morgan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Scott looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Morgan!

Morgan is looking to improve his position but Scott isn't that keen on the idea.
Scott is looking to work his way around to Morgan's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

Scott is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Morgan to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Morgan shrugs it off.

Morgan tries to lock up and control but Scott gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Scott is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Morgan is forced to tap! Great finish!
