Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, chris langlais! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Koloshki! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! langlais misses with a double jab.

langlais works over Koloshki's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Vladimir Koloshki has been cut. No luck for langlais with that takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from langlais. Koloshki looks to score with a jab to the body but langlais is just out of range. langlais drops Koloshki with a beautiful combination! Koloshki stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - langlais is looking for the KO!
Koloshki is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A combination from Koloshki does no damage. Koloshki slips a jab and a cross from langlais.

I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Koloshki decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on langlais, up you get!

Koloshki is pushing down on langlais's leg trying to pass to half guard. langlais is fighting to maintain full guard but Koloshki has managed to sneak the leg through. Koloshki looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Koloshki wants to lay and pray for a moment but langlais keeps working. Koloshki uses his free foot to push down on langlais's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for langlais.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Koloshki tries to control but langlais wriggling away. Koloshki is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. langlais can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Koloshki looking to control but langlais is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Koloshki counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koloshki seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but langlais does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Koloshki thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed langlais's head. langlais keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vladimir Koloshki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Vladimir Koloshki's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from langlais. Koloshki closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Koloshki breaks the clinch.
