Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Musashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buju badulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Buju badulu was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Buju badulu! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Reed Andrews and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Musashi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. badulu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Musashi controlling the position. badulu trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Musashi has badulu pulled in close to control his posture. badulu's corner is telling him to maintain position. badulu wants to control from the top but Musashi keeps moving. badulu is fighting to break Musashi 's control of his arms but Musashi is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. badulu stays in close to Musashi 's body and controls the position. badulu trying to control the position from guard on top but Musashi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. badulu is pushing down on Musashi 's leg trying to pass to half guard. Musashi is fighting to maintain full guard but badulu has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. badulu is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Musashi makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Musashi . Musashi keeping full guard, as badulu tries to pass. badulu wants to control from the top but Musashi keeps moving. Musashi is looking to stand up but badulu isn't so interested in that idea. Musashi seems keen to control badulu's posture. badulu trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. badulu wants to pass the guard but Musashi is keeping the position. badulu thows a big elbow that misses. Musashi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Musashi thows a body shot but no joy. badulu bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Musashi misses with a wild body shot. Musashi just misses with a punch to the body.

Musashi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by badulu. badulu is looking to score with low kicks. badulu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. badulu is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Musashi is looking to control badulu's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Musashi avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Musashi tries to get to full guard but badulu has control of the leg. badulu tries to pass to full mount but Musashi defends it. badulu is controlling the pace.
Musashi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. badulu is working away from the top position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Musashi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. badulu is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Musashi is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Musashi has escaped and now he's on top! badulu wants to sweep but no luck. Musashi has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. badulu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Musashi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Musashi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. badulu has his foot on Musashi 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Musashi works his way back into a safe position though. Musashi wanted to stand there but badulu had control of the position. badulu looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Musashi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. badulu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. badulu is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Musashi drops back, looking for a kneebar! badulu looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. badulu looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from badulu! badulu is trying to get an arm triangle but Musashi is defending well. badulu is breathing heavily. Musashi prevents badulu from moving into mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. badulu working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. badulu controls the position. Musashi is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but badulu has just dragged him back down to the mat. Musashi is looking for a sweep. badulu is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Musashi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Musashi is looking to regain half guard here but badulu keeps moving and retains side control. badulu tries for a kimura but Musashi is defending well.

Musashi pushes badulu away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, badulu gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Musashi takes a swing at badulu's ribcage but misses. badulu doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. badulu drives through with a takedown into guard. Musashi controls badulu momentarily but badulu frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. badulu has gone for a leg lock! Musashi slips out almost immediately though and dives into badulu's guard. badulu wants to sweep here but Musashi controlling him for the moment. Musashi working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Musashi gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Musashi looks to throw the jab but badulu is out of range. Musashi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Musashi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but badulu moves away. A close second round but Buju badulu will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Musashi throws out a loose jab but badulu uses good head movement to avoid it. badulu closes the distance and clinches up with Musashi , looking for a takedown. badulu pushes Musashi against the cage but Musashi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Musashi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but badulu moves away. Musashi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps badulu's head backwards. Musashi misses with a straight left.

Randy Musashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Musashi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Musashi looks to score with a jab to the body but badulu is just out of range. badulu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Musashi tries to avoid it but badulu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Musashi to the ground. Musashi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Musashi lands a with a good body shot. badulu takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
badulu takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. badulu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
badulu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Musashi as he avoids it easily. Randy Musashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buju badulu. badulu ducks under a wild hook from Musashi .

Musashi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Musashi dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Musashi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Musashi works badulu's body with a nice hook. Nice takedown defense from Musashi . No joy for badulu on that attempt. Musashi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Musashi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Musashi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. badulu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. A looping hook to the body misses from Musashi . badulu does a little dance to reset his feet. Musashi misses the jab. Musashi misses the shot to the body. Musashi takes a swing at badulu's ribcage but misses. Musashi ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Musashi just misses with a punch to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A punch lands to the side of badulu 's head but he takes it in his stride. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! badulu shoots in for a double leg but Musashi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. badulu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

badulu has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Musashi tries to bum rush badulu with a series of wild strikes but badulu uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Musashi throws a hook to the side of badulu's head but badulu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Musashi misses with a looping left. A shot to de liver by Musashi . Beautiful body shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Randy Musashi showed his dominance in that final round. I think Musashi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
