The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler avoids the head kick by Moss.
Moss throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tyler on the side of the head.
Jake Tyler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Tyler. No joy for Moss on that attempt.
Tyler shoots and misses
and Moss counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Tyler gets back to full guard.
Tyler is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Moss gets through Tyler's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Tyler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moss swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tyler is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Moss is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tyler stands and steps away. Moss gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tyler shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Moss is trying to defend but Tyler finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Tyler is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Moss still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Moss has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moss is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tyler defends it well.

Tyler has his foot on Moss's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Moss works his way back into a safe position though.

Moss closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Tyler did well to prevent Moss getting side control.

Moss is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Tyler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moss can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tyler is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Moss rolls with it to try and escape but Tyler cranks on the arm and Moss is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
