Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Linus Rydanovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Can Tun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rydanovic comes to the cage accompanied by acdc - war machine. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Linus Rydanovic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Can Tun! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tun darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Rydanovic wants to get back to his feet.
Tun is taking a breather. Rydanovic says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Tun not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Rydanovic wants to improve his position but Tun is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rydanovic actively working from the bottom here. Tun takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Rydanovic is looking to improve his position.
Tun is taking a breather. Rydanovic says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rydanovic landing strikes from the bottom. Tun decides to return to a standing position. Rydanovic shoots for a takedown but Tun saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Tun lands with an uppercut that bounces Rydanovic off the cage and back into rage. Tun shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Tun working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tun thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Rydanovic to regain full guard. Rydanovic being controlled here, momentarily. Rydanovic is trying to keep Tun in close.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tun passes easily into side control. Nice work. Rydanovic is breathing heavily. Tun is looking to take a break and control but Rydanovic is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tun is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rydanovic is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tun is looking to take a break and control but Rydanovic is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tun working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rydanovic tries to buck Tun off but Tun is having none of it. Rydanovic pushes Tun away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tun gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Rydanovic tries to buck Tun off but Tun is having none of it. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Tun scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rydanovic manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Rydanovic drops an elbow to the side of Tun's head. Tun wants to get back to full guard but Rydanovic has mounted him! Tun is trying to escape the mount.
Tun wants to hold on but Rydanovic pushes him away. Tun in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Tun is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Tun keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Rydanovic working away from the top, dropping strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Can Tun dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Rydanovic moves in looking to clinch but Tun pushes him off. Tun misses with a head kick.
Tun swats away the attempt to clinch by Rydanovic. Rydanovic with a lazy takedown attempt and Tun counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rydanovic's guard now. Rydanovic wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Tun manages to pass to side control. Rydanovic is trying to get back to full guard. Rydanovic is trying to control but can't.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tun perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Tun is looking for a kimura but Rydanovic is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tun to get the leverage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tun slips a nice elbow through Rydanovic's hands, connecting with Rydanovic's forehead. Rydanovic looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rydanovic is trying to get back to full guard. Tun controlling the action here. Tun drops an elbow to the side of Rydanovic's head. Rydanovic has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tun is working away from the top position though. Tun moves nicely into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tun controlling the position from side mount. Rydanovic manages to get back to half guard. Rydanovic trying to control from the bottom.
Tun prevents Rydanovic from improving his position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tun in particular looking to stall. Rydanovic trying to hold on to Tun's head to control him but Tun postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rydanovic is looking for a sweep. Tun is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Rydanovic kicks off Tun and gets to his feet. Tun shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rydanovic as he avoids it easily. Rydanovic has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Rydanovic looks to clinch and Tun counters with a nice double leg into guard. Rydanovic looking for a sweep. Not yet Rydanovic, not yet. Tun is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Tun won't allow Rydanovic to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rydanovic is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rydanovic wants to pass the guard but Tun is defending well. Can Tun has got the better of the ground game so far. Rydanovic wants to control but Tun is keeping him busy. Tun is trying to get back to full guard. Tun blocking the ground and pound attempt from Rydanovic. Rydanovic is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Rydanovic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tun keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Can Tun showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Tun closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Rydanovic is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Tun is tapping! Great win for Rydanovic!
