Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grammys Son (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erno Evottaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evottaja has chosen Never enough as his entrance music. Grammys Son looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evottaja buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Son looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Horrible takedown by Evottaja or perhaps it was just good defense by Son which made him look bad.

Evottaja bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Evottaja shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Son manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Son tries to keep at a distance but Evottaja has taken the fight into the clinch.
Son is trying to break the clinch but Evottaja is controlling him.

Evottaja wants the takedown. Son is fighting it off but Evottaja persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Son's guard against the cage.
Son could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Well Evottaja has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
