Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between DJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladameir Fermazi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benn comes into the arena with Geto Boys - Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gangsta blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benn avoids the body shot from Fermazi.
A left and a right from Benn both land. Nice combination.
Benn on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
No luck for Benn with that takedown attempt.
Fermazi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Benn throws a series of punches but Fermazi avoids them all with ease.
Benn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Vladameir Fermazi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Benn misses with a few strikes there.
Benn shoots in for a takedown but Fermazi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Fermazi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Benn's knee momentarily.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Fermazi.
Fermazi bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Benn avoids the head kick by Fermazi.
Benn takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Fermazi feints and then cracks Benn's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Benn down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like DJ Benn has been cut.

and Fermazi counters with a good low kick that Benn was not able to check.

Benn is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Fermazi is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Benn rather than just go for the knockout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Fermazi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Benn thinking.
Fermazi has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Benn will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
