Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Prall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reece Terror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dusty Prall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Reece Terror!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prall is trying hard to land a takedown here. Terror sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Prall looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Prall defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Terror.
Terror wants to clinch.
Prall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Terror moves in looking to clinch but Prall pushes him off.
Terror shoots and misses

and Prall counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Prall.
Prall stops Terror from standing up.
Prall postures up in Terror's guard and throws a big left but Terror blocks it.
Prall throwing strikes from guard but Terror blocks nicely.
Terror pulls Prall in to control the position.
Prall prevents Terror from getting back to his feet.
Prall wanted to stand there but Terror had control of the position.

Prall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Terror is keeping the position for now.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Prall circles away from the clinch attempt

and Prall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Terror won't be happy with that.
Prall prevents Terror from escaping the position.
Terror should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Prall misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Terror wants to get back to his feet.

Prall swings around for an armbar but Terror sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Prall's guard.
Prall is trying to control the position but Terror postures up.
Terror has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Prall is proving hard to escape from.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Prall keeps the fight on the outside.
Terror tries to clinch up.
Prall circles away from the clinch attempt.

Terror pushes Prall up against the cage in a clinch.
Terror with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
A knee to the head by Terror.
Terror tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Terror lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Prall lands a right hand that snaps the head of Terror backwards.
Terror throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Prall blocks it with crossed arms.
Prall has had enough of the clinch but Terror keeps him there for the moment.
Terror connects with a nasty looking knee right to Prall's face.
Terror tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Knees to the body from Terror.
Prall is trying to break the clinch but Terror is controlling him.
Terror looking to throw knees to the head but Prall is blocking nicely.
Prall drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Terror gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Terror with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Terror with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Terror.

Prall lands a takedown into guard.
Terror looking to hit a scissor sweep but Prall is one step ahead there.
Prall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Terror is keeping the position for now.
Prall content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Prall is looking to work some ground and pound but Terror has wrist control.
Prall tries to free his leg and advance position but Terror is retaining full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Prall's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Terror wants to clinch up but Prall keeps it at a distance.
Terror moves in looking to clinch but Prall pushes him off.
Terror tries to clinch but Prall moves out of range.
Terror tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Reece Terror seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Terror looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Terror is looking to clinch but Prall is avoiding it.
Terror fails with an attempt to clinch.
Terror shoots in and drives through. Prall sprawls well.
Terror tries to clinch but Prall moves out of range.
Terror tries to close the distance and clinch but Prall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Prall feints and as Terror raises his hands in defense, Prall changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Terror really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Prall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Prall throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Terror trying to control the position.
Prall wants to pass the guard but Terror is keeping the position.
Prall has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Prall stands and throws Terror's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Prall is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Terror has escaped the position, nice work there.

Prall looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Prall working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Prall throwing shots but missing, from side control.

Terror defending against the ground and pound.
Terror is trying to control Prall's posture but Prall avoids it.
Prall looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Terror is avoiding damage well.
Terror stops Prall from passing to mount.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Terror throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Prall's waist but Prall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Terror off to one side.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Terror with a knee to the head.
Prall is looking to break free of the clinch but Terror has double underhooks.
Terror stops a takedown attempt from Prall.
Prall is trying to break free.
Terror with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Prall is trying to break free.
Prall looking for a takedown.
Prall jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Terror walks away with a smile on his face. Prall gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dusty Prall. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Terror throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Prall.
Prall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Terror as he jumps to the side.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Terror clinches but Prall breaks the clinch

and Prall decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Terror's guard.
Prall stands and throws Terror's legs to the side, diving into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dusty Prall dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Terror tries to clinch up but Prall circles away and keeps his distance.

and Prall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Terror won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Terror tries to escape but Prall is in control.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Prall in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Prall working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

Prall tries to score with some ground and pound. Terror controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Prall fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Terror parries the strikes from Prall easily there. Prall is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Terror to escape.

Prall is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Terror is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Prall is trying to get an arm triangle but Terror is defending well.
The ground and pound from Prall seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Terror is pushing Prall's head away, looking to escape. Prall manages to hold on to the position though.
Terror gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Prall swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Terror is now in Prall's guard. A big mistake from Prall there, giving up the dominant position!
Prall is pulling down on Terror's head. It's preventing any offense from Terror, at least for the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Prall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Terror defends well.
Terror trying to stand up but can't free himself from Prall's guard.
Prall lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Terror!
Dusty Prall is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Prall wants to control the pace but Terror is squirming around nicely.
Terror really wants to buck Prall off and get back to his feet.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Prall is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Terror can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Prall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Prall can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Terror is looking to escape.
Prall lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Terror hang on?

And that's the end of the fight!
Dusty Prall showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Prall, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
