Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xande Aviao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Red (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Red throws a right and a left that both miss.
Aviao fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Aviao darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Aviao is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Red doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Aviao.

Aviao is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Red still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Red has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Red clinches up with Aviao and pushes him back against the cage.
Red digs a right hand into Aviao's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Aviao's gas tank.

Red tightens his grip and picks Aviao up, before dumping him to the ground. Aviao manages to land in guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Red counters by clinching up.
Aviao is trying to break the clinch but Red is controlling him.
Red has a couple of punches blocked by Aviao.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Aviao just misses with a elbow thrown towards Red's brow.
Red tries to land knees in the clinch but Aviao avoids the damage to the body.
Red keeps control of Aviao as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Aviao has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Red avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Red creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
A right hook to the body lands for Red.
Aviao drops down looking for an ankle pick but Red pulls his leg out and moves away.

and Red counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Red stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aviao swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Red gets to his feet. Aviao looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Red lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Aviao!
Red cracks Aviao with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Red takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Joe Red is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Aviao working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Red doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Red manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Joe Red comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Red has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
