Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gassey Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Merv Bungay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jack might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stand up like a hurricane. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gassey Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Merv Bungay! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bungay connects with a looping right hand.
Bungay tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jack was well out of range. Poor timing from Bungay. Jack uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bungay. Bungay throws a hook but Jack avoids it easily. Jack dodges the punch combination from Bungay.
Bungay lands a two punch combo.
Bungay looks to land a right hand but Jack moved out of range. Some wild striking there from Bungay.
Bungay is looking to score with low kicks. A clash of legs there as Jack blocks the low kick. Bungay looks to score with a jab to the body but Jack is just out of range. Bungay thows a body shot but no joy. Bungay pivots, looking for a leg kick but Jack is out of range and Bungay settles back down. Bungay throws a leg kick but Jack moved away. Bungay looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bungay throws a shot from downtown. Jack moves away and avoids it. Jack takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bungay misses the jab. Bungay lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Bungay slips under a jab. Jack uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bungay. Bungay throws out a powerful jab.
Jack is rocked! Merv Bungay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jack slips a straight right by Bungay. Oh Jack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bungay will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jack seems to have got his legs back now. Bungay throws a shot from downtown. Jack moves away and avoids it. Jack avoids the body shot from Bungay.
Jack takes the fight into the clinch. Jack misses with a hook from the clinch. Bungay tries to break the clinch but Jack is controlling the position. A head punch on the inside from Jack fails to land. Bungay lands an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Merv Bungay has been cut. Bungay throws a punch but it's blocked by Jack. Jack landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Bungay lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Jack to his knees! Bungay keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Merv Bungay!
