Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Craig Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and taff jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Gunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jones tries to clinch there but Gunn circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from jones.
Gunn shoots in looking for a takedown. jones tries to sprawl out of it but Gunn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gunn moves into the clinch.
Gunn has hold of one of jones's legs. jones is fighting the takedown attempt but Gunn gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gunn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
jones is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gunn trying to control the position from guard on top but jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

jones utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
jones wants to stand and escape but Gunn is having none of it.
Gunn trying to control but jones is working from the bottom.
jones has a closed guard, preventing Gunn from standing up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Gunn clinches.
Gunn is trying to force a seperation but jones has the dominant position.
Gunn breaks from the clinch.
Gunn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
jones wants to hold on but Gunn pushes him away.

Gunn looking to finish jones with some ground and pound. This is bad for jones!
jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gunn lands a nice shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
jones is wriggling around trying to escape.
jones has given up his back.
jones trying to control the hands but Gunn breaks the grip.
jones is trying to break free.
jones trying to control the hands but Gunn won't let him.
jones rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

jones is trying to get back to full guard.
Gunn is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Gunn is breathing heavily.
jones is refusing to be controlled, as Gunn sits in half guard.
jones lands a couple of sideways elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Gunn wants to lay and pray for a moment but jones keeps working.
jones wants to improve his position but Gunn is controlling well.
Gunn blocks the strikes from jones.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
No joy there for jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
jones darts in trying to clinch
and Gunn counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Gunn wants to stand but jones is controlling his posture from full guard.
Gunn prevents jones from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Craig Gunn dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

jones shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Gunn is trying to defend but jones finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gunn slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
jones won't allow Gunn to sweep him here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gunn controls jones momentarily but jones frees himself.

Gunn wants to stand but jones is controlling the position.
Gunn is trying to keep jones in close.
jones stands and throws Gunn's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Gunn stops jones from passing to mount.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
jones doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gunn counters with a takedown into side control.

jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gunn wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
jones can't do much from the bottom here.
jones misses with an elbow from the bottom.
jones gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
jones slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
jones controls Gunn momentarily but Gunn frees himself.

jones has his feet on Gunn's thighs here. He's pushed Gunn off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gunn screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
