And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparring Partner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Davidson circles away.
Davidson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sparring Partner misses with a double jab
and Davidson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Davidson darts in and clinches Sparring Partner up against the cage.
Sparring Partner tries to pull guard but Davidson holds him up against the cage and eventually Sparring Partner drops back down to his feet.

Davidson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Davidson has cracked Sparring Partner with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Davidson lands another huge swinging hook and Sparring Partner tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Sparring Partner, before Davidson can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Peter Davidson!
