Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danny Dinaver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, NoT OnE! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! OnE is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dinaver sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Dinaver misses with the combination.
OnE is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dinaver. Dinaver throws out a token jab with nothing on it. OnE darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. OnE wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dinaver keeps working. OnE is working for a kimura but Dinaver is defending it quite comfortably.
OnE is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. OnE tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dinaver knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. OnE is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dinaver doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time OnE. OnE looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. OnE avoids the body shot from Dinaver.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dinaver misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dinaver throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dinaver lands a head shot. Danny Dinaver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dinaver misses with a straight right. Dinaver connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt OnE! He's out on his feet! Dinaver rushes in and drops OnE with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
