Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kriss Siddle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Roger Nelson! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Siddle darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Siddle throws a nice looking combination but Nelson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nelson tries to land a leg kick but Siddle saw it coming and moves away.

An inside leg kick from Nelson misses. Nelson wants to clinch up but Siddle keeps it at a distance. Nelson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Nelson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Siddle takes a step back to recover. Nelson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Siddle wants to stand up but Nelson is controlling him.
