Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Red Ranger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Willis! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ranger tries to clinch up. Ranger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ranger is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Red Ranger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ranger throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Rick Willis has been cut. Willis keeps the fight on the outside. Willis stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ranger. Willis gets a takedown into half guard. Willis looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Willis is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Willis should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Ranger won't allow Willis to pass to mount. Ranger is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ranger wants to clinch. Ranger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ranger moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ranger tries to close the distance and clinch but Willis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ranger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ranger lands a head kick!
Ranger lands with a slapping head kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ranger lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Willis crumples to the floor! Ranger milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Red Ranger!
