Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Hearty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinn has chosen Break Stuff as his entrance music. The key to victory for William Hearty has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearty fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No joy there for Hearty, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hearty looks for a takedown but Quinn sprawls well.
Quinn keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hearty throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Good leg kick by Quinn there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

William Hearty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hearty throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Quinn's waist but Quinn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hearty off to one side.

Quinn lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Hearty swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Quinn counters by moving into the clinch.

Quinn manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Quinn throws some wild stikes that Hearty manages to avoid easily.
Hearty is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Quinn won't let Hearty get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Quinn wants to control the pace but Hearty is squirming around nicely.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
