Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mago Doido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belfort comes to the cage accompanied by Dream On - Aerosmith . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mago Doido was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gabriel Belfort! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mago Doido! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belfort misses with a wild combination.
Belfort throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doido. Doido takes one on the button. The fight moves into the clinch position. Belfort lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Doido is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Belfort gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Belfort breaks the clinch.
Belfort gets caught flat footed, as Doido shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Belfort is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Doido slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Doido is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Belfort is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Belfort is trying to buck Doido off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doido tries for a kimura but Belfort is defending well. Doido has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Belfort is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Doido yanks on the arm and Belfort is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Doido.
