Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Tran Duc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dMarcus Carlton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Carlton's choice of entrance music: Drake - Over. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pierre Tran Duc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, dMarcus Carlton! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tran Duc looks to land a left hand but Carlton moved out of range nicely. Tran Duc throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Tran Duc throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Carlton sees it coming and avoids it easily. Tran Duc moves in looking to clinch but Carlton pushes him off. Carlton shoots in for a double leg but Tran Duc sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tran Duc misses with a hook. Carlton ducked under it nicely. Carlton shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Tran Duc is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Tran Duc tries to reverse the position but Carlton maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carlton wants to take his opponent's back but Tran Duc doesn't allow it. Tran Duc can't escape the position.
Carlton takes Tran Duc's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Tran Duc is in trouble. Carlton doesn't have the hooks in and Tran Duc manages to turn into his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carlton trying to control the position.
Carlton keeping moving, preventing Tran Duc from controlling successfully. Tran Duc drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Carlton manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Tran Duc has Carlton in his guard. Carlton trying to control but Tran Duc is working from the bottom. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tran Duc is on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tran Duc postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Tran Duc looking to pass the guard. Carlton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Carlton keeping full guard, as Tran Duc tries to pass. Carlton wants to control the position but Tran Duc says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Tran Duc content to control rather than advance. Carlton makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Carlton.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carlton has his hands on Tran Duc's head, controlling the position. Tran Duc has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tran Duc is pushing down on Carlton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Carlton is fighting to maintain full guard but Tran Duc has managed to sneak the leg through. Tran Duc not doing much here.
Carlton is trying to get back to full guard. Tran Duc missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tran Duc trying to pass the guard but Carlton defending well. Carlton is not content to let Tran Duc control the position. Carlton wants to improve his position but Tran Duc is controlling well.
Tran Duc is keen to just control but Carlton is a slippery customer. Carlton is looking to improve his position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A jab from Tran Duc does it's job there. Tran Duc's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Tran Duc duly obliges. Carlton looks gassed! Tran Duc throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pierre Tran Duc dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Carlton shoots in for a takedown but Tran Duc shows good takedown defense. Tran Duc looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Tran Duc scores with a hook.
Carlton is rocked! Carlton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tran Duc's waist but Tran Duc gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carlton off to one side. Carlton looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Carlton is still on wobbly legs! Can Tran Duc finish him? Tran Duc drops Carlton with a naaaaasty hook - Carlton is in real trouble here! Tran Duc dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pierre Tran Duc!
