And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy throws a push kick but Hanson slaps the foot to one side.
Hardy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Hanson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hardy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Hardy is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hanson asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Hardy is not content to let Hanson control the position.
Hardy prevents Hanson from improving position.
Hardy pushes Hanson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hanson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Hanson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hardy keeps working.
Hardy is looking for a sweep.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hanson has a takedown stuffed.
Hanson shoots in but no luck this time.
Dan Hardy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky Hanson.
Hardy misses with a double jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hanson.
Hardy leaves Hanson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hardy throws a series of punches but Hanson moves out of range.
Hanson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hardy as he avoids it easily.
Hanson looks gassed!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hardy throws a one two combo.

It looks like Ricky Hanson has been cut.
Hardy lands with a big right hook that stumbles Hanson - he's out on his feet here! Hardy follows up with another monster hook that separates Hanson from consciousness! Hanson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Hardy stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
