Brewer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Magalhaes looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Brewer is looking to take a break and control but Magalhaes is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Magalhaes pushes Brewer away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Brewer gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Brewer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
