Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Shmeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shmeck throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A slapping body kick lands there for Shmeck.
Fernandes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Shmeck sprawls well. Shmeck wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fernandes gets slowly back to his feet.
Shmeck smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Shmeck keeps Fernandes at a distance using the push kick.
A head kick misses from Shmeck.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shmeck bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Fernandes's head backwards.

and Shmeck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shmeck lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fernandes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Shmeck throws a series of punches but Fernandes avoids them all with ease.
Fernandes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shmeck finds it's way round the side to connect with Fernandes's head.

and Fernandes takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fernandes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Shmeck closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Fernandes tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Fernandes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shmeck swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Shmeck throws a head kick that Fernandes semi-blocks.
Shmeck stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Viktor Shmeck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Shmeck throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fernandes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shmeck swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Good leg kick by Shmeck there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Shmeck fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fernandes is looking to clinch but Shmeck is avoiding it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Fernandes doesn't manage to clinch there - Shmeck circles away.
Shmeck lands with a kick to the temple. Fernandes shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

The crowd cheers as Shmeck lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fernandes doesn't seem phased though.

The fighters circle momentarily. Shmeck darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

That's time! Fernandes's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Shmeck looks to land a combination. Fernandes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Shmeck buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fernandes walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Fernandes holds on and takes a little breather.

Fernandes is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shmeck defends well.
Shmeck is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
