Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Johnson!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Craig throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Craig stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Craig wants it to stay on the feet.
Craig misses with a body kick.
Johnson slips a jab and a cross from Craig.
Jordan Craig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Craig throws a right hand that Johnson ducks under and follows up with a left that Johnson also avoids with ease.
Craig throws a head kick but Johnson moves out of range.
Johnson gets a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Craig takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Craig breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson scores with a takedown into Craig's guard.
Craig on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Craig tries to get out of the position.
Johnson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Craig is keeping the position for now.
Craig looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Craig manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Craig landing punches.
Craig lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Craig with a couple of short strikes.
Johnson is squirming around, avoiding Craig's attempts to control the action.
Craig has hold of Johnson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Johnson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Craig working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Johnson looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Craig! Submission of the night perhaps?
