The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Filipovic tries to avoid it but Konga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Filipovic to the ground. Filipovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Konga misses with a takedown attempt - Filipovic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Filipovic misses with a few strikes there.
Konga fails to land the takedown.
Mirko Filipovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chika Konga.
Filipovic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Filipovic displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Konga.
Filipovic wants to clinch up but Konga keeps it at a distance.
Filipovic lands a big head kick that sends Konga tumbling to the mat! Filipovic takes a step backwards and waves Konga back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Chika Konga has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice takedown defense from Filipovic. No joy for Konga on that attempt.
Filipovic connects with a stiff jab that staggers Konga - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
