Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Dover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raker Raif (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dover comes to the cage accompanied by Bend Over. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raif cracks Dover with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Raif dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dover drives through and clinches with Raif against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Raif scores with a nice short uppercut.

Raif lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Raif lands a nice shot that snaps Dover's head back.

Dover feints and then cracks Raif's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Raif down.
Raif drops Dover with a beautiful combination! Dover stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Raif is looking for the KO!
Raif tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dover paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Raif cracks a nice hook into Dover's ribs.
Raif drops Dover with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dover looks back up at him and smiles so Raif waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dover is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dover. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Dover can't find room to land a body shot as Raif controls the action.

Dover shoots in but Raif avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dover has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The fighters circle momentarily. Raif darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Raif regains full guard. Nicely done.
Dover wants to control from the top but Raif keeps moving.

Dover is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Raif is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Raif has escaped and now he's on top!

Raif scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Raif will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dover tries to clinch up but Raif circles away and keeps his distance.

Dover walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Raif fails with an attempt to clinch.
Raif doesn't manage to clinch there - Dover circles away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Raif, as that shot connected.
Oh Dover is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Raif tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dover seems to have got his legs back now.

Raif has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Dover ducks right into an uppercut from Raif.
Dover looks up at the clock. Bad move! Raif lands a right hand from hell, dropping Dover. Raif pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raker Raif! Raker Raif retains his middleweight title!
