Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Micozzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seb Roland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrew Micozzi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Seb Roland's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Micozzi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Seb Roland! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roland shoots in for a takedown but Micozzi shows good takedown defense. Micozzi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Roland did well to prevent Micozzi getting side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roland is trying to get back to full guard. Roland looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Micozzi lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Micozzi sitting and controlling from the half guard. Micozzi scoring with strikes to the body and head. Roland is trying to maintain the position but Micozzi is very close to passing his half guard. Micozzi thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Roland's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Micozzi scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Roland has hold of Micozzi's hands but Micozzi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Nice strikes from Micozzi there. Micozzi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Roland tries to get to full guard but Micozzi has control of the leg. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Micozzi sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Roland defending well though. Micozzi is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Roland is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Micozzi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Micozzi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Micozzi lands strikes from half guard. Micozzi is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Micozzi lands strikes from half guard. Micozzi drops an elbow to the side of Roland's head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Roland trying to control but Micozzi postures up.
Micozzi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Roland has managed to free his arm - good work. Micozzi is nestled in close to Roland, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Roland is defending against the submission attempts here by Micozzi.
Roland is trying to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Micozzi trying to mount his opponent but Roland defends it. Micozzi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Roland does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Roland taking some punishment here, with Micozzi in his half guard. Roland wants to get back to full guard. Micozzi wants to take a breather but Roland is having none of it. Roland looking for submissions off his back. Micozzi frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Micozzi lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roland tries to get back to half guard but can't. Roland has left one of his arms exposed and Micozzi doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Roland screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
