Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Chinch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and chris cav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as chris cav enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Chinch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, chris cav!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
cav will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
cav swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chinch closes the distance and clinches.
cav tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
cav is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Chinch is stalling here.
A short uppercut from Chinch.
Chinch wants to break the clinch but can't.
Chinch's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Chinch jumps guard and drags cav to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Chinch is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Chinch manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Chinch pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Chinch lands a big shot there that rocks cav but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Chinch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Chinch can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as cav is looking to escape.

Chinch lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
cav looks gassed!
Chinch cracks cav with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

cav takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Chinch scores with a couple of good head shots there.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
cav rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chinch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
cav drops Chinch with a left right combo! cav follows him down to the ground into side control.

Oh Chinch is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chinch can't do much from the bottom here.
Chinch seems to have got his legs back now.
Chinch tries to get back to half guard but can't.

cav trying to control the action but Chinch is working from the bottom.
cav wants to stand but Chinch has his arm trapped.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Chinch decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
cav keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
cav is trying to stand up here but Chinch is controlling him well.
Chinch passes to full mount!
cav in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Chinch dominated that round.

Some wild striking there from cav.
Chinch drives through and clinches with cav against the cage.
cav lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
cav tries a body shot but Chinch blocks it.
A head punch on the inside from cav fails to land.
Chinch fails to pull the fight into his guard.
cav misses with a short punch on the inside.
Chinch scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Chinch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
cav swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chinch looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
cav tries to close the distance and clinch but Chinch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chinch could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
cav on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
cav misses with a double jab.
Horrible takedown by Chinch or perhaps it was just good defense by cav which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Chinch. That's going to take a lot out of him.
cav swinging wilding here.
It's a brutal combination of punches from cav! Chinch is backing up but he can't get away as cav lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Chinch and ends the fight. Great knockout.
